e are an urban Microgreen farm based in Islington, growing nutritious and delicious crops vertically. Microgreens consist of only the youngest vegetable leaves and are a superfood due to their high nutrient density. They taste great and can be used for garnishes or as the main ingredient, on any dish you desire!

Our practices are sustainable and produce food with very low food miles for the local community. No pesticides or herbicides are used in the production process, and we only use organic fertiliser derived from seaweed.

The microgreens are grown in coco coir, a waste product of the coconut industry, and use highly efficient LED lights powered by our renewable electricity supplier. We are also able to optimise the amount of water we use and minimise wastage, through our automated watering system.
